Terms of Use

Effective as of September 23, 2026

These terms govern Lunar Dimensions LLC software, websites, apps, extensions, and services. In these terms, they are the Projects. Projects include those identified on the Lunar Dimensions Projects page, including Music Bridge, Lantern & Compass, and CN10.

Independent providers, platforms, infrastructure, and destinations used by or linked from the Projects are Third-Party Services. These include, as applicable, Apple, Apple Music, the App Store, iCloud, Safari, Spotify, YouTube and YouTube Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, Pandora, Shazam, MusicBrainz and the MetaBrainz Foundation, Cloudflare, Ko-fi, and other current providers.

By using a Project, you agree to these terms. Product-specific terms and applicable marketplace licenses also apply and control if they conflict with these general terms.

Permitted use

You may use the Projects for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with their documentation and applicable licenses. You may not interfere with a Project, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, bypass security or usage limits, overload or bulk-automate a service, use a Project as an unauthorized proxy or scraper, violate another person's rights, or copy or redistribute software except as its license permits.

Lunar Dimensions intends, to the best of its knowledge, to operate the Projects consistently with applicable law, licenses, permissions, and Third-Party Service terms. This statement is not a representation that every third party interprets its terms in the same way or that Third-Party Services will remain unchanged.

Ownership

The Projects and Lunar Dimensions branding, software, text, artwork, and other original materials are owned by Lunar Dimensions LLC or used with permission. You receive only the limited right to use them under these terms and any applicable product or marketplace license.

Third-Party Service names, marks, content, music, artwork, and metadata belong to their respective owners. Lunar Dimensions claims no ownership in them. Their use identifies compatible services or content and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval.

Third-Party Services and external links

Third-Party Services are independent. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them or leave a Project. Lunar Dimensions does not control their content, accounts, catalogs, payments, security, availability, or practices. They may change or discontinue features on which a Project depends.

Project-specific terms

Music Bridge

Music Bridge is an independent interoperability tool intended to make sharing music between services easier. It does not override, modify, impersonate, or control Third-Party Services or user accounts, and it does not intercept or replace their network traffic or media.

Where applicable, Music Bridge reads information already displayed or supplied to the Project—such as a shared link, page metadata or DOM information, provider identifiers, or an ISRC—and compares it with known public music relationships and permitted catalog information. It then provides a link that may correspond to the same music on another service. It does not provide or copy the music itself.

Not every service, recording, release, artist, or relationship can be identified. Results may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable in a region, or incorrect, and supported services may change. Review a result before opening or sharing it. Lunar Dimensions uses MusicBrainz data and Third-Party Service interfaces subject to applicable terms, licenses, permissions, and law; MusicBrainz and MetaBrainz are independent and do not endorse Music Bridge.

Lantern & Compass

Lantern & Compass depends on device storage and Apple system capabilities. Local progress may be lost through deletion, reset, device failure, or operating-system behavior. Optional voice features depend on permissions, hardware, operating-system support, and Apple's services and may be unavailable without preventing ordinary text play. iCloud game storage is not currently available; a future version may offer it subject to Apple's services and terms.

CN10

CN10 is a dictation and command utility, not a medical device or substitute for professional judgment. Recognition can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing dictated text and commands before relying on them, especially in medical, legal, safety-critical, or other sensitive work. Local model and platform capabilities may vary.

Voluntary support

Support through Ko-fi is optional. It does not unlock features, content, limits, or preferential treatment and is not a charitable donation unless the law expressly provides otherwise. Ko-fi and its payment providers govern and process those transactions.

Feedback, ideas, and suggestions

You retain rights you already have in original feedback you submit. By voluntarily submitting ideas, feature requests, designs, workflows, suggestions, bug reports, or similar material, you grant Lunar Dimensions a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, develop, incorporate, publish, distribute, commercialize, and otherwise use that material in connection with its Projects.

Submitting feedback, or Lunar Dimensions using something similar, does not entitle you to compensation, royalties, ownership, equity, attribution, credit, or notice. Lunar Dimensions may already be working on similar ideas and has no obligation to review, respond to, or implement a submission. Submissions are non-confidential unless Lunar Dimensions expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Do not submit trade secrets or material you lack authority to share and license. Personal information included with feedback remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Projects may depend on internet access, operating systems, devices, catalogs, and Third-Party Services. Lunar Dimensions may change, suspend, or discontinue a Project or feature. Operational or status information is provided as a good-faith summary, not a service-level agreement.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Projects are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. Lunar Dimensions does not promise uninterrupted, secure, accurate, compatible, or error-free operation or that a Project will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Dimensions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from a Project or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any remaining liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lunar Dimensions LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of a Project, your violation of these terms, or material you submit in violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Lunar Dimensions' own unlawful conduct or where applicable law does not permit it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

Lunar Dimensions may update these terms. The effective date on the published terms identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
